Requirements: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Can read work instructions and basic measurements The role involves: • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
