Moulder — Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a moulder in Washington County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
