Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Jefferson County, Florida. The job is in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
