Machine setter-operator — Davie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Davie County, North Carolina. The job is in a textile mill. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Good attention to detail and steady hands You will change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. 3+ years on the tools preferred. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
