Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in De Baca County, New Mexico. You will be based in a packaging factory. What we are looking for: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery On a typical shift you will key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; set up and start the machine as per the job card; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
