Tile setter — Pategi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile setter in Pategi, Kwara State. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. Requirements: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation You will set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦230,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
