On the job you will handle: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
