Dough maker — Aroostook County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Aroostook County, Maine. Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience.
