Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Inyo County, California. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Six days a week, one day off.
