Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Full-time, day shift.
