Join our team: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Grant County, Arkansas. You will work on a construction site. On a typical shift you will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Willing to travel between sites • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
