Crane rigger — Conecuh County

Now hiring: we are hiring a crane rigger in Conecuh County, Alabama. You will carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight. Requirements: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Part-time with flexible hours.
