Your main tasks: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
