Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Briscoe County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
