On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Part-time with flexible hours. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
