You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe We offer ₦250,000 per month plus benefits.
