Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Meals and transport allowance provided.
