Construction helper • Langlade County, Wisconsin

Great opportunity: we are hiring a construction helper in Langlade County, Wisconsin. You will work with a civil contractor. You should have: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Physically fit and comfortable working at height The role involves: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
