Powder coating technician — Person County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Person County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
