Baker — Teton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Teton County, Montana. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
