Toolroom milling operator — Blount County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Blount County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
