Elevator technician wanted in Clermont County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator technician in Clermont County, Ohio. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. You should have: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways The role involves: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators Performance bonus on top of base pay.
