Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 2+ years on the tools preferred.
