Slinger signaller — Wase

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Wase, Plateau State. You will work in a heavy machinery workshop. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Day-to-day duties: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
