Join our team: machine assembly operator (Alabama)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Baldwin County, Alabama. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. You will carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Careful handling of tools and components • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
