Baker — Faskari

Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Faskari, Katsina State. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
