Powder coating operator — Manistee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Manistee County, Michigan. You will be based at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
