Floor screeder — Luzerne County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a floor screeder in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. You will be based on a building construction site. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Day-to-day duties: • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
