Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar worker in Stanly County, North Carolina. The job is on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Day to day you will install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine.
