Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Pinellas County, Florida. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
