Powder coating sprayer — Tarmua

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Tarmua, Yobe State. You will work in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
