Sewing machine operator — Cheyenne County

Day-to-day duties: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality Ideal candidate: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
