Garden maintenance worker • Cheatham County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Cheatham County, Tennessee. You will work at a private estate garden. You should have: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting You will water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
