Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Anderson County, South Carolina. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass 6+ years on the tools preferred.
