You will keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; follow the work instruction sheet for each station. What we are looking for: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Careful handling of tools and components 3+ years on the tools preferred.
