VMC operator wanted in Portage County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a VMC operator in Portage County, Wisconsin. You will work in a die and mould making unit. Requirements: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery The role involves: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
