Bakery assistant wanted in Brown County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Brown County, Nebraska. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time with occasional weekends.
