Bakery assistant — Slope County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Slope County, North Dakota. On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
