Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Coffee County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Rotating shifts.
