What we are looking for: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing The role involves: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits.
