Rigging foreman — Knox County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Knox County, Tennessee. You will be based at a busy construction site. The role involves: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use What we are looking for: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
