Milling machine operator wanted in Montgomery County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Montgomery County, Kansas. The job is in a CNC machining unit. You will measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
