Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Washington County, Iowa. The job is at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Rotating shifts.
