What we are looking for: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant The role involves: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
