Chef de partie — Urue Offong/Oruko

Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Urue Offong/Oruko, Akwa Ibom State. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha 2+ years on the tools preferred.
