Production line inspector • Mafa, Borno State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production line inspector in Mafa, Borno State. The job is on a garment production line. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Day-to-day duties: • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing Meals and transport allowance provided.
