Dough maker wanted in Howard County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Howard County, Texas. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
