Groundsman — Jeff Davis County

Now hiring: we are hiring a groundsman in Jeff Davis County, Texas. On a typical shift you will weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn. Requirements: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers 3+ years on the tools preferred.
