Painter — Windsor County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter in Windsor County, Vermont. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Day to day you will apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish 3+ years on the tools preferred.
