Final inspection operator — Rensselaer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Rensselaer County, New York. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. Day to day you will draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
